Annika is a visual artist based in Canberra, Australia. 

She spent her 19th birthday examining clouds above the Pacific Ocean on her way to take up a scholarship studying illustration at Morgan State University, Baltimore, U.S.A. (First Class Honours, 2009) and has since enjoyed the opportunity to study printmaking and drawing at the Australian National University (First Class Honours, 2010) and participate in the Tamarind Institute of Lithography Summer Workshop (2012).

Annika has recently been the recipient of the Australia Council for the Arts Artstart grant (2012), the Port Jackson Press Australia Graduate Printmaking Award (2011) and the Embassy of Spain Torres Travelling Scholarship (2011).
