Reflection, 2004The paintings are based on imagery of the Australian bush and are about a way of seeing. Previous paintings have been mid-range dealing with the relationship of shapes. These works are an extension that, while concerned with the same subject matter, have a closer focus, allowing a more complex interplay between shadow, light, pattern and texture.
